Complaint Details:
I purchased Airdopes Hype Opal Black From boAt on [04 January 2024]. Unfortunately, the product developed a fault, and I claimed a replacement under warranty. Since the original product was out of stock, I was provided with an alternate product as a replacement.
The replacement product also became faulty, prompting me to file another warranty claim. However, my claim was rejected with the reason that the product did not meet the quality check criteria.
My Grievance:
1. The product submitted for quality verification was the same one provided by your team as a replacement.
2. The rejection of my warranty claim appears to be unfair and inconsistent with the warranty terms.
**Request:**
I request the following:
1. Reconsideration of my warranty claim.
2. Repair or replacement of the faulty product.
I urge the company to resolve this matter at the earliest. Failing to address this issue will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer authorities.
