I complain warrenty claim on boat website on 14 July . They accepted my warranty . And send a courrier to return a product . I had been return my product to him . After 3-4 days they sent in ware house and they accepted my claim . They update status of my ticket no . Is PV claim accepted . On 23 July . They messaged me that my product replacement is dispatch in some time and they reached in 5-7 days but after 23 July they did not give me update about my product . I call on costomer care no . But they say every time than "your products will be dispatch in 2 days " but this is not happening I also try to sent email but they give no reply .
