Hi team,

I have purchased the boat airdopes 141 on 12 Feb 2023 in offline shop

My airdopes stopped working on right side so i raised the support case to replace warranty the product ticket number[protected] today i rieceved the product but the product i got was get boat wired earphone boat earphone, not the product i claimed warranty for.

I want my boat airdopes 141 same as I bought

I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else i will raise my complaint to the consumer forum.
