I registered the complain for boat cable on 21 September 2021 . The ticket ID is : 3489811 I received mail saying I've been offered upgraded product Rockerz 385 V2 on 14th October but no message from that day I've received. No reply to the mails I've been posting and also customer service number there is no status of the product. Its been a month and the check status of your warranty ticket is showing the old information only. Please kindly reply. attached image is the status: +1 photos Was this information helpful? I received mail saying I've been offered upgraded product Rockerz 385
