Boat — Warranty product taken away and not returned back | |||||
I ordered my wireless Boat Airdopes 201 in February 2020 (from Amazon.in). Within 3 months o[censored]se, the battery life deteriorated to 10 minutes o[censored]se after full charging. I requested for warranty replacement of the product. The product was picked up for replacement on July 8th. My complaint ticket no. is 1254280. I have waited for almost two months now, but the replacement product has not reached back to me yet. Their customer care number is unreachable ([protected]) and they are not responding properly to my emails. They are unable to provide me the exact status of my product through emails. I want to have my money back. (I have provided the Amazon invoice, the email thread and the receipt provided by the pickup agent) Was this information helpful? | |||||
