Despite repeated attempts the company is not fulfilling it's warranty conditions of responding for a service call for a faulty wireless Bluetooth Headphone by not generating any valid ticket number for the complaint already launched in their service portal

On the contrary the company is gone to a hiding mode and tries to confuse the warranty claimers like me, by sending the contract addresses of it's service centers with an outdated contact numbers.
After trying the various ways, I'm lodging this complaint to curb the lacklustre attitude of boat India managers to provide the free warranty service as per the purchase terms.
