Boat — Warranty support | |||
Hi, I purchased boat rockerz 255 head phone from amazon on 15 oct'19. It's still under warranty. It has stopped working since last month. I visited the service center in Pune today but not received good support. In fact Service center experience was really bad. I met with Mr Kamal and post inspecting the headphone he told me that there is a gap in the part where battery is placed, hence it has drained out and can't be replaced even though it is under warranty. I am really frustrated as it has taken me more than an hour to reach service center which is a risk in this Covid situation. I can confirm that this gap exist since the time it is delivered and there is no physical damage. To me it's a manufacturing defect, refer attached photo of the same. Mr Kamal asked me to send a mail to customer care with the photo of the defect and then company will arrange the return. Request you to please support me in replacing the product.
