Boat — Warranty support not provided

I have bought a boat soundbar on 8th August 2021 (Boat Avante 3100D) which had stopped working after 8 months of purchase. I have escalated the matter to boat support as the product was under warranty support for 1 year. After multiple follow ups they have scheduled a couple of visits by their technicians but the issue was not resolved. I have contacted boat support team more than 20 times and after that a technician visit was arranged to take the product to their service center for repair. It has been 6 weeks now after taking the product to service center and not service center team is saying that product is not repairable and boat should replace the product. For that they have informed the boat team as well on the status of non repairability of the product. Today the service center team told that boat is not responding to them on their request to replace the product. It's been more than 2 months now that boat is unable to provide proper waranty support in spite of multiple follow ups. They say that all waranty supports will be completed in 2 weeks however now is 10th week running without a solution. This is highly unprofessional customer service and really shame on the team boat. I need a resolution immediately without any further excuse
