Boat — Wired Earphones from boAT

I purchased wired earphones from Amazon having 2m length. These became non functional within 2 months. I again purchased 1.5m long one but these too became non functional in 3 months. Now these are lying with me . I want to send them for your analysis to find out the reasons so that these can be improved for future products.
