Boat — wrong product delivered. | |||
I purchased the boat 900 wireless black headphone from amazon after purchasing this there is a some technical issue with its bluetooth connectivity, and battery on a regular basis so we raised a complaint for the repair which is under warranty period. First time they given the same product with out repairing after one month so we need to raised the same problem once again and again after one month the try to provide me the lowest model of the head phone instead of my original one. When i asked for this from cce they told me that we had a previously conversation for this and agree to accept this. But when we have said conversation over the call clearly refuse to accept lowest model. We simply asked/ request my original headphone. I am not ready to accept the lowest quality model from the boat. Was this information helpful? | |||
