Boat — Wrong replacement of product after warranty claim

I had claimed warranty for my product boat air dopes 433 black. But as a replacement I had got boat air dopes 431 black which are cheaper than my product and are not working properly.
I had complained again but after this I had got the same product which I had hand overed to the delivery boy. Firstly, I had they had repaired it but when I had used it still have the same issues.
The company doesn't have a good customer service. I am fed up of complaining about it so much times. I had emailed them also about this 4-5 times but they had not responded yet. It has been 1 and a half month and it's still going on like this.
