I had purchased a paradiso mattress of 78*72*5.5" dimensions worth rs.19, 097 from gayatree showroom, mani sahu chakk here in cuttack, odisha on 9th december 2014 but within 2months the mattress started to compress unevenly from every where and became uncomfortable even lay down... Since then we had been constantly trying to ask the shop owner to change the mattress as it was a defective piece. But despite it being in the 60 month warranty period neither have they sent anyone to check or to exchange the mattress till date i. E almost 2years. He is purposefully trying to avoid us till the warranty period expires for the mattress which is 60months.
Such level of callousness is intolerable for such a trusted brand as bombay dyeing.
Kindly do take some action as soon as possible. I am attaching the receipt and warranty card with this mail.

I still not received this product. Though the the order status shows complete. I already paid my amount. And when i try call customer care they disconnect the call. I have no option to go. Kindly help me i think it's a really a fraudulent company. I ordered my product through online. My order number bd00001699. On 26th august i ordered this product.

Pl refer to our online purchase order no bd00001544. For purchase of four bed sheets. We have made the requisite payment through credit card.
On 16.08.17, an email message confirmed shipment of the article through courier service fedex with tracking no.[protected]. Realizing delay in delivery we checked using tracking number that the material was shipped from mumbai, arrived in delhi and returned to mumbai. It has never been brought for delivery at my residence at greater noida, delhi/ncr.
Pl have a look into this matter and arrange for early delivery of the material.

I had purchased 35+72"5 on 16/04/2016 from dwarka foam center shop number-32 sector 16 vasundhara ghaziabad up.
This mattresses having the warranty of five years but in one year only the mattresses get loosen.
Please sort out this problem as soon as possible by this our trust on bombay dyeing will get stable.

On 6/3/17 on amazon I saw the prince as ₹1790/

We picked this bombay dyeing bedsheet from dmart powai on 30th november 2016. Before using a garment we always get it washed, after machine wash the entire bedsheet became faded. Attaching pictures.

Please attend to this asap. We picked this fabric considering it had the bombay dyeing brand name attached to it. Very disappointing

A company of repute like bombay dyeing its disappointing to see such quality. Considering the brand, we expect our issues to be resolved immediately.

The company must either make good our purchase or refund our money back. We picked the bedsheet for rs. 700

I Rajendra Chopra bought 3 bed sheets in a single bill from the showroom at V R Mall Surat and while using found all three defective. Went to the showroom where company executives agreed that it is company's manufacturing defect still refused to change the products saying its against companies policy . I called the customer care number and received the same answer .Kindly help.

Bedsheet which are not that one which we have order and no voucher has been recieve and no cotton bedsheet

I purchased three sets of school uniform shirt piece and pant piece for my son from Bombay Dyeing, Thiruvalla showroom, Kerala. (white shirt piece and navy blue pant piece). The staff of the shop shown me various quality pieces and I selected highest quality material as suggested by them, which was having highest price also. But it is unfortunate to inform you that the blue colour of the trouser is spreading on the white shirt even by sweat. All the three shirts were damaged due to the spreading of colour from the navy blue trouser and I am compelled to buy another sets o[censored]niform. I opted for Bombay Dyeing because of the trust on it regarding quality of the material. Here I felt I was wrong. I hereby request you to make arrangements to make refund of the amount which I spent for the purchase or uniform or by exchange, give me good quality material. A favourable action anticipated. I am now in US.I bought 6 numbers of lungis or sarams in the Bombay Dyeing showroom in Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu. I bought it as gifts for the friends in US. I was shocked to note that each piece of the lungi which had the Bombay Dyeing seal on it is still losing color for every wash and is unable to be washed in the washing machine.In such a renowned company this branded product has tarnished its name. I doubt whether the product is original or duplicate.

Shrits Completely Wrinkled

I have purchased VIVALDI Shirts (with checks) for 40 size under buy two get one free scheme from a Bombay dyeing outlet, Basaveshwaranagar, Banaglore, on[protected]. I Paid Rs. 1,600/- for TWO shirts.

Unfortunately just in first wash the TWO of the shirts wrinkled and became useless. I have tried to Iron (press) but failed to get pressed. I been using bombay dyeing VIVALDI Shirts for the last 10 years and such an incident is for the first time.

When the dealer was contacted he said that he will not take goods back and he can not do anything.

Kindly take steps to see that my losses will be compensated and your firms goodwill will be maintained.

I have purchased cloth of navy blue colour for three numbers uniforms( churidars 8.25 metres) from a Bombay dyeing outlet, VIKI, Vadayattukotta Junction, Kollam, KERALA for my daughter during 8/08. Unfortunately within two months the colour of the cloth faded and became useless.I have been using bombay dyeing uniform cloths for the last 13 years for my children and such an incident is for the first time.When the dealer was contacted he offered that he will give free cloth for one churidar and gave it on return of one churidar saying that it is on mercy. Kindly take steps to see that my losses will be compensated and your firms goodwill will be maintained

Bought two set of double bed sheets coral vine from Sahara Mall, Big Bazaar on 26 Jan 09. Size is smaller than printed on pack by 9 cms in length and breadth hence not fitting my beds. Kindly arrange to replace by the appropriate correct size.
