The worst service of bombay hospital indore, the cmo he him self dose not no what the procedure for appointment is. I am a patient having fractures in my ribs so for that i went to bombay hospital indore for appointment and the cmo said no need to take appointment the doctor will be available between 11am to 2 pm you can come anytym and the next day when i reached hospital at 11:30am the registration desk people said the appointments are full as the registration started from morning 8am and now the doctor won’t be available till monday. How can such an reputed hospital be so much irresponsible with the patient. I make sure to complain to the medical officers and health minister of madhya pradesh. There is no great services provided by hospital so surcharge is absolutely useless and unreasonable. The hospital cant force patients to take medicines from pharmacy only. The medicines are expensive and outside hospital we get good discount so you should not force patient. Being a trust u are just makng money from the patients
