Bombay Hospital — In charge Nurse

Would like to inform you’ll that your incharge nurse is absolutely ruthless and has no knowledge whatsoever to deal with patient family .
This is my first and last time that I will get my mother back to this hospital .
We admitted my mom last night in the ICU
CLASS L11 wing BH wing
I had just got asked into the icu room to meet my mom after a gap of almost 1hour 30 mins
Keeping in mind the guest visiting time is.it was 6.40 and my mother was sleeping and I wanted to check on her so I walked n this head incharge nurse walks and starts throwing her weight around and saying you’ll have come in so many times
I tried to tell her that I am the only visitor all day and none besides me had gone in .
Raged in anger she was so rude threw the papers and started calling security the security guard was so scared of her rude attitude that he kept calming
Sorry to say that this is not BOMBAY HOSPITAL behaviour.
She refused to share her name and had no name batch like the rest
I request the management to look into this and take this behaviour of the nurse into absolute consideration and STRICT ACTION OF NOT CREATING A SCENCE IN FRONT OF THE PATIENT
if she is wasn’t wrong why is she scared to give me her name
