Bombay Hospital — To billing department Miss Ruhi for not giving us my cashless amount

My father surgery is done last year. After taking the advance payment for the surgery 80% we got approve the cashless. And the amount we paid in advance was not giving us back till todays date its been 3 month. And the billing department is so bad that they us not replying on mail also and not giving us the payment back.
