I bought xiaomi mi 10, 400mAh power bank but it was a copy or a fake product. I charged this power bank completely, but in couple of hours poerbank automatically dischare on other side it is bot able to charge 2000 mah battry.I tried to call them Since friday on number 91-[protected] given on thier home page but no one picks.Mailed them on Friday [5th May 8th May and 10 May but noone from bookmyoffer replied.]Plzzz take action against them . I booked a MI Power Bank (10400) in Rs 580 from book my offer on 13th July and I received on 21st July .this product is duplicate and it is not working. i am very sad. Please take action against them.
a week before i have ordered a mi branded power bank of 20800 mah. it was delivered day before yesterday . that power bank is totally fake and it is not working properly. it is totally waste of money . their should be a action taken against them.

My order no is UNIBMOC240206I had ordered a Nike shoes costing around 1480.but some other shoes of adidas has been delivered..such a poor service.customer care also doesnt pick up calls..
Please send me the Nike shoes or return my money...
