Book My Show — Ticket Money refund : Cheated by Book My show | |||||
Hi, I tried to book three tickets for Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon on 2nd oct 2015 for the show at 5:40.The money from my account got deducted but the traction failed and no booking confirmation came, SO i called the customer care and he accepted that there is a technical problem from our side and you will get the refund call in next 24 hours. Later at around 6 p.m. the message and mail confirmation came, Though I had not gone to watch the movie. I talked to many people from Book My show and they accepted their fault on call and asked me for some more time to investigate this. Today I have received a mail from them stating we had releases the mail/message confirming your booking so no refunds. I mean, I really feel cheated.
