I have purchased "Ramcharit Manas-Ramayan" book from "Bookadda.com" website on 04/02/2013 but I have not received yet.

I have talked to Customer care executive they are disconnected my phone every time.

This is very bad site.

I have placed an order for a book from this fraud site on 24th Sept with a promise that the book will be shipped on 26th sept.However no response regarding shipping was received till 1st Oct.The reason for non shipment of item was that its not available." Fault No 1 "If some books are not available then the same should have been reflected in the website and customer should have been contacted and informed about the same .After lots and lots of phone calls made by me finally on 9th Oct they provided with this consignment id ED[protected]IN .which when searched in speed post tracker gave a result that consignment not found After Doing lots of phone calls i got this clarification" Thank you for your mail. The ordered book was dispatched via eVPP through Indian Postal Service. This delivery location is not covered by our normal courier and we use India Post to cover Rest of India. India Post does not provide full tracking – and normally takes longer to deliver but they definitely deliver the goods. We regret the delay in delivery and any inconvenience caused to you. Please do revert if you have any more queries ."Finally after waiting for 10 more days when I again contacted the customer service I came to know that the item was never shipped and the have given me a FAKE shippment id...They assured that the item will be shipped as soon as possible and again gave me a shipment id on 24th that still remains untraceable.. Pathetic and total illogical and idiotic approach to business ,They dont value customers sentiments and in turn harass you by fooling you with incomplete and wrong information.You have to spent lots of money in contacting the bookadda people...Frauds of highest nature ..Even after more than one month my book remains undelivered and i have spent more money on phone calls rather than actual cost of the book...Business tactics adopted by this people are trap customers by reducing price of book and giving discounts after which they takes out discount given by making customer make phone calls at every stage right from procurement, dispatching,tracking.... Am going through a lot of mental agony and displeasure at this point of time as I have been repeatedly fooled by this firm by giving lots of wrong information ..The customer support agents which I spoke to includes Mr Anuj,Mr Praveen who are totally ignorant about what is happening and doesn’t even bother to address the actual issue and gives you lot of wrong promises. These type of fraud sites should be blacklisted

The order for the book was placed on[protected] through online and amount of Rs.1555 has also been paid online. Made many queries through mail but din't receive a single reply from them. After that I made many calls also, their reply was that no one was there to receive the book so they went back but I don't agree with this as at my home atleast one person will always be there but they din't also call me. After making calls again and again on 17/10/2012 I again made a call and asked the analyst to pass the call to the manager and the manager was very rude with me and he was not allowing me to speak also. When I mentioned about everything then he started checking the mails and told me that the book will be delivered through DTDC and it will take 3 business days. He also mentioned that previously the book went back to them as First Flight couriers stopped their services in Assam and J&K but nothing was informed to me. Then he gave me a tracking ID: "X01926592" of DTDC which shows that the book was delivered on[protected] where as I din't receive anything till date and the details in the tracking ID also shows wrong. Kindly look into the matter. Expecting a positive action for consumers like me against BOOKADDA.COM.

I ordered a book (SA BASS LEN) from bookadda on 11th August. Now 11 Sep has crossed still i havent received anything. Whenever i ask they say searching book with publisher there will be 5-6 delay. Now my exam is on a week. What to do i have already done payment?
I have done credit card payment. So i asked to reverse amount but for that also they are delaying.
Never buy from bookadda , they are fraud.

I placed an order with bookadda and they delivered the wrong book. they said they would resolve the issue by sending the right book as the payment has been made. But they only collected the wrong one back and reneged on their promise of delivering the right book. Its been 17 days since the initial order. Still to receive the book. No response from customer care.

i ordered the books on 25 jan 2012. bookadda.com promis me to deliver my books in 3-4 days. now 16th day. i regulrly email sent them they not satisfied me and not return my money back.

i had placed an order for 6 books from bookadda a few days ago and have not yet recieved the books. also i had already paid for the books using a discount coupon but still thier updates show me that i have to pay for the books. i tried calling the customercare a number of times and sent them so many mails, but they have not yet responded.....

Bookadda.com sent me a wrong book. They took money in advance. They are not answering my phone calls or replying to my E-mails. Transaction ID is[protected].

I am being harassed by them.

I have placed an book order in Bookadda.com (online shopping). As per the website, the shippment days was mentioned as 2-3days hence i made the booking and also the made online payment of Rs.543 (two books). The transaction Id for the same is[protected].

Today the date is 27th Nov, i placed the order on 20th Nov. When i didn't receive the boook on the mentioned date, i tried reaching their contact no.[protected] but the number is continously "no answer", i even sent email to their customer care asking for clarification but no reply.

Request your kind support in getting the book (or the money if book is not available) at the earliest.

www.bookadda.com is fraud shopping site...
Don't purchase anything from that site..
You will ultimately lose ur money...
