Made a booking through booking.com for ratna palace in ahmedabad in india. They have sent a confirmation mail with the details. Due to work had to check in the evening, but upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that the hotel has no tie up with booking.com and they have not received any intimation about my stay. When i tried reaching the customer care, very conveniently every indian number listed is switched off. Was left stranded searxhing for hotels at the last minute.
When i reviewed my experience on their website, they sent a mail rejecting my review for reasons unexplained. Absoultely pathetic service and response. Was this information helpful? |
