I had booked two rooms in RK Holiday Home, Puri for 14 - 17 December2023 Jun through Booking.com and as per their request through email paid an advance amount of Rs 3000 through Phone Pay for this booking on 19th September 2023. Subsequently I received a confirmation from ojotrip through WhatsApp. But they confirmed my booking in Sumana Holiday Inn which I did not book. I have asked them to book my rooms in RK Holiday home, but they did not listen to it. I cancelled this booking and also received a confirmation regarding the cancellation. But although I have made several requests for refunding the advance that I had paid, I have not yet received the amount.
Since I had made the booking through Booking.com it is their responsibility to see that I get back my money.
So please help me in getting back my money of Rs. 3000.00 Was this information helpful? |
