I had booked a hotel through booking.com for my trip to Vietnam in ho chi Minh City. Hotel name was cabana hotel saigon - 260 ly tu trong.
My international flight from India to Ho chi Minh was delayed I was supposed to reach at around 7.30 on 20 July and since the check in time was 2 pm i took one whole extra day so that I don't have to wait. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, I reached hotel at 9.30/10 am but till then I came to know they have cancelled my booking. I requested them that booking.com have already deducted by money and you have cancelled my booking. After lot of request they agreed, but they informed that the stay which I have booked there the AC is not working and hence they will shift to some other hotel of their branch which was really pathetic.
I checked in at 12 pm in the hotel after all of this issues and that too not in hotel which I had booked for myself .
I paid 2 days money where hotel dint allow us to do a late check out and the alternate room provided to us was so pathetic. I have been chasing booking com from one month but there is no reply from there end as well. I want my refund back
