I bought air tickets for a 2 day vacation from booking.com But they are still not issued. I have change in plans now but since the tickets are not issued, they won't be able to cancel/change anything. How stupid, I told the customer service agent that I've checked with the airline and the tickets are not issued, Why don't you give me a refund instead She says she can't do anything and can't have supervisor come on the phone and can't even help me.
This is a serious issue.
Tickets are usually instant and nobody needs to wait for plane tickets to be issued later. Customer service at its lowest. Was this information helpful? |
