I really appreciate that you have looked for a different option... but let me explain you the situation again ... my teams work in the night shift and I we all carried out required luggage to he office and let office at 4:30 and had requested a arrival time as 7:00-800 am at the booked location... half of my team was at the station to take train to the boomed location and for others we have booked a cab as we had other food items and grocery that We was suppose to carry... Morning 5:30 I checked the message sent by the villa that they can have our booking and call on the given number... I called the number and explained by situation... and he directly asked me to contact u guys... I was continuously trying to get in touch with your team over the phone but I was on hold for quite some time and then the call dropped and tried again and was on hold for about 10 minutes and then again the call dropped... I was able to speak so some one on 3-4 attempt after waiting on hold of about 15 minutes and I guess that was around 6:00... if you could have given me option even at that time I would have asked and be in position to go and reach the detonation which is about approximately 100 km from Mumbai... I had no choice but tell ppl to go back home as we had no place it was raining and no place to wait back... I did explain this to the
person over the phone as well he did said that he will look for relocation and will get the adjustments done for next weekend Saturday or Sunday. As I did not get any reply I had to post message on the app and also I posted this on Twitter and face book and now ur sending me text that you have an alternative.. but it is of no good for ur... I would request you to get me booking for next week as it’s not mistake I trusted you mr website and booked the place and added my card details just to ensure that we have the booking confirmed and in last minutes the booking was cancelled.. the option you have given is not good for me and my team..
I am requesting you to get me booking for next week with the same budget and some discount over that... it’s v disappointing... if you are unable to help me on this I will have to escalate this matter which I would do for sure... also I will post this on social media os that people know about this...
