I booked Comfortable Apartment while visit to singapore on following dates.
An executive from booking.com shared link in whatsapp and asked me to pay an amount of Rs.10000.
so i made the booking and found the property never existed when i reached singapore.
The property never existed but there is no response from customer service though i raised the concern which seems to be a big fraud.
I need my hardearned money back to my account without any delays.
I lost 2days for booking accommodation in singapore after i reach the property, i need compensation or file complaint with cybercell .
I am expecting compensation for irresponsibility of booking.com publishing wrong property and
money charged for the boooking has to be refunded with penalty as i have to struggle for booking another accommodation standing on roads in the sun in singapore
