I requested for a cook replacement but no communication from the company. My requirement was for a veg cook who can make both south indian and north indian dishes, can speak both kannada and telugu and needs to prepare both lunch and dinner for 2 people. The first maid stopped coming after a week of joining citing that the time doesn’t suit her though she accepted at the time of interview. She said that her husband is a drunkard and doesn’t let her work beyond certain hours. Time slot that i requested was from 6pm to 8pm. She declined continuing service on 17th of august. I have been trying to reach the agency in bangalore since then. The manger assigned to me doesn’t answer my call and even if she does on the rarest occasions, promises to send someone but none turns up. I have been charged 6000rs including prioritizing services for 1000rs. Salary agreed was just 5000 but i was charged 1000 extra. Absolutely no communication or response. I mailed to bookmybai complaints id twice but none responded. I just need my money back.
