BookMyBai — Maid Replacement is not done inspite of follow-ups

I have been waiting for a replace of my maid and the operations team (Zoya & Nasreen) have just stopped answering my calls and messages. I WOULD NOT recommend this agency at all. After taking their fees they just stop replying when issue arises
