[Resolved]  BookMyBai — Not responding to Refund Initiation

I shared Rs. 1000 as a refundable amount for the service but later learned that the price is quite higher for a month than what is being claimed. Now i have been after them to refund my money. The person assigned to me is not giving any clear replies to initiating my refund. There is no way to call them and the complaint form that I have filled at least 3-4 times has no response.
