[Resolved]  BookMyBai — Yet Not Received REFUND as I had paid for Premium

Hi
I have made a payment of Rs.1000 on 22.04.2021 from my PayTM Wallet. As I was in need of House help (Bai) to our place on urgency which I had paid for premium service. After my successful payment, Mr. Mehul contacted me through Whatsapp App from this mobile number [protected]. During our conversation, Mr. Mehul told me very clearly that there was no service available in your area and you'll get your Refund in 3-4 working days. I have waited for long and I have been reminding him for every alternate day for my Refund Status. On my several requests, I have yet not received my amount back. Hence, I want to register my Complaint regarding this matter. I just hope my issue will get resolved soon or else I have to take further action.
