Despite conveying our urgency at the outset to their coordinator after going out of our way to alter our requirements to suit what seems to be their very rigid system (that seems made to make you pay for hire more staff than is needed), we are not being responded to, over phone calls or Watsapp.
The response that came was also way too delayed after much follow up, was
-to claim they have NO candidates even though our requirement is very basic
- to offer a refund which we have not even yet claimed!
This, for customers who have paid the fee to avail there "prioritized customer" option!
This, from a company that claims that they have a huge database
and this unresponsive unprofessional behavior from staff despite a complaint email earlier sent to [protected]@bookmybai.com (CC marked to the CEO) to which their has been no response till date.
Their motive for this unresponsive uncooperative unprofessional behavior seems to be to harass us since we had emailed a complaint against their staff, earlier. Imagine the senior management going along with it's staff with this attitude!
