Ordered MI4 combo and gave 1899, But got useless duplicate and cheap product. They dont pick my phone and all other number is in switch off. Order number Bc[protected]. I need refund my money and I feel cheated by the company. Even I asked about the genuinity of the product, But the lady told they are delivering authent product with warranty card. I will definitely go with complaint if they dont reach me...

I had ordered mi band 4 on offer buy one get one free for rs. 1499/- with order no. I purchased a 128GB Samsung Micro SD card through a promotion and when i received the product on COD. I made the payment as the Guy who delivered it said that the payment needs to be paid first. I made payment and to my shock and disappointment i found that they have sent me a FAKE sd card that doesn't work and its a dummy piece of plastic. This is absolutely ridiculous. I tried calling their customer care number as listed on their website...
