I had recently purchased Combo of Branded Lower & Shorts, xl from Bookmy combo order No: [protected]. The same was delivered, on 19th July 2016, since the fitting was not proper I applied for refund on same day. Till date I have not got any communication on taking back the item delivered.

I am followup this has been from last 1 week after the product got delivered to me, this is not the product which I ordered, hence I want to return back and revert my money too, also I ordered another Item through Bookmycombo.

There is no update regarding that too, are you Fake company and whenever I dialled the number which you mentioned and its not atall reachable.

I contacted bookmycombo for returning the item i received as it was not as shown in the picture in bookmycombo app. The size, material and print was not satisfactory.
I have filed complain to the site but no action is been taken for their side.
