Hi,

I made a transaction of ~99, 000 INR to convert currency to 40, 000 Thailand Bhat on March 19, 2023 but it was credited to my account on Mar 24th, 2023. By that time I completed my trip and returned to India. As per the company policy, transaction reflects within 24 hours but it got delayed by 5 days.

I want to convert the Thai amount to INR but now BookMyForex team is charging exchange higher rate and deducting ~10%. They didn't complete the transaction within 24 hours and now they holding my money and not responding to my complaints. Have raised multiple complaints but have not got any positive response
