On 9th August around 8:45AM I placed an order through the bookmyforex.com site. As per their website and the information I have read, I should have had my order delivered on the same day. Even after waiting for more than 30+ hours I have not received the order, and my wife had to leave for a foreign country without the currency. I have tried to reach out to their customer care so many times, but with no luck. Please keep in mind that I made sure to provide all the proofs. Was this information helpful? |
