I was booking movie tickets from bookmyshow website for robot 2.0 movie on 1st dec 2018 at 10pm. Ticket amount rs 545.72
(Transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk), deducted from my account through netbanking by www.Billdesk.com but ticket was not booked and i got an error that we were unable to process your transaction, we apologize for the inconvenience and request you to try again later. Snapshot attached for your reference. Kindly refund my money asap.

As per our telephonic conversation, ideally, the amount charged for an unsuccessful transaction gets refunded within 5-7 working days this may also depend on your bank.
