On June 12 I booked tickets from book my show and the amount debited from my account but bookmyshow showed transaction timed out... Amount has been debited from my account... And the tickets r not booked
Kindly help in refund of my amount

    Amount was debited from my account but tickets are not received through email even after 1 hour, tried contact support no use.

              I have booked a ticket for Vikram movie from bookmyshow @2:20 noon @ganesh Cinema Mellur instead of booking @ganesh sdc Cinema, Madurai. I have tried so many times to cancel the ticket from bookmyshow. I even contacted the customer care, but my query is not resolved. Customer care is saying cancellation is possible 4hrs prior to the show time, but booking itself is done only 2hrs prior to the show time which is not fairenough. From the time of booking I keep on trying to cancel ticket, but I'm unable to do. I really got fed up with bookmyshow. Customer care is saying Ganesh cinemas is having the option to cancel the ticket for which bookmyshow can't do anything. I want my issue to get resolved. Do reply me immediately. And tell me the Email for complaint regarding book my show.

                Good Morning
                I have booked 4 tickets for a film but due to less number of people, the show got cancelled and they told me that bookmyshow will refund my money in two days. Its been two weeks since I haven't received any refund. I also wrote emails regarding this issue but there was no reply from them. Their response is really pathetic and not even giving any updates from their side regarding my refund. I want this problem to be solved immediately.

                    Ticket available on Dt.06.06.2022 in Brookfields mall Coimbatore.
                    I tried to booked one ticket but Rs.229.54 is debited from my ICICI Bank account.

                        Dear All,

                        This is to kindly inform you that I have booked 3 movie tickets at Raj Theatre (Saidapet) on 5th june2022. By mistake I thought its 3:45 pm show, but it is 3:45 am. While booking its mentioned Cancellation available. But while trying to cancel it is showing cut off time out. I try to cancel immediately after booking also it's 4 hours before.

                        Kindly consider 3:45 am not good to go with family (ladies, kids).
                        Please refund and do the needful.

                          Hi, I have booked tickets with bookmyshow 2 years ago. The concert for which I booked tickets didnt happen at all. I am yet to get my ticket refund. Is there a redressal to collect my refund ? They are replying that I will get when they have an update. Same reply for last 2 years

                            The theatre named "Mahasakthi Talkies" in Ariyalur, Tamilnadu was not following the online booking procedures for the past two months. You may take a look at their history of movies which are not shown in their portal, they were releasing movies from 'RRR' To 'DON' which they were collecting the rate which includes bookmyshow's booking charges at the counter itself! I request bookmyshow team to take necessary actions against the theatre.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am Niloffer Muneer. I booked 1 ticket for Top Gun 2 Movie using BookMyShow.com for PVR Cinema, Lulu Kochi, for 1:55PM show for date 31st May 2022 using UPI.
                                  After selecting seats and entering the UPI ID. The transaction was intitated using UPI and was successful. Also got a message that the amount has been debited. But there was no message showing transaction successful in bookmyshow.com.
                                  An amount of Rs 457.82 was debited.
                                  This transaction was done 20:17 PM on 29th May 2022.
                                  I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money.

                                  I kindly request a refund of Rs 457.82/- from bookmyshow.com

                                    I was booking tickets from book my show ..my money is deducted from my account through google pay transaction...but tickets are not get booked ...its showing as the request is canceled by the user on book my show ...but i haven't received any refund yet.
