[Resolved] BookMyShow — Booking issue | |||||
No booking of tickets could be made from my account registered with this email id and number([protected]). i contacted the customer care executive on the given ph.no. but without any result. each time i book a ticket at the final payment it says "Something's not right here. Please try again after a while. We appreciate your patience. (#-2105)". as advised by the customer care executive i tried to change to another cinema hall which also resulted in a failure. my account has 100 BMS credit which will expire tomorrow. i therefore request you to please quickly look into the matter. We are sorry to know about the trouble caused.
As per your telephonic conversation with our executive, we hope your query is resolved to your satisfaction.
You were unable to book your tickets for the said venue as they was a connectivity issue from the venue's end.
This is a temporary network fluctuation from the venues end and hence bookings don't go through for the time being, as the issue is looked upon by the respective teams bookings then go through.
In these cases you are ideally suggested to book for an alternate venue or after sometime.

Everytime I open BookMyShow app I get an error msg "sorry something went wrong. We can't reach our servers at the moment. Pls try again later.."This is happening from the last 2 days. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, yet the same error.

I am trying to look at a show in a cinema but when i open any show in that cinema, it says "sorry. Something went wrong. Try again later. We have a connectivity issue with this venue. Try a different cinema or a different time". But all times and shows show same error for that cinema. What should i do? I hope its temporary.
