Hi,
I am Ruchika Rane ([protected]) I had booked 7 tickets for the movie Natsamrat on 1st of January 2016. Movie timings was 3:30 at the Bahar Cinema in parla east using book my show website. Initially while I booked for the ticket it showed 'processing' as I had entered all my transaction details but after a few seconds there was another message which said error in transaction. Then again after some time I booked for the required number of seats and the the transaction was successful. While I was checking my bank transaction statement I found there were two transactions done towards book my show. So the initial transaction had failed. I recieved a messages as well as a mail from book my show that the refund will b made within 10 working days. Since then I have been waiting for the refund. And so today I finally write a mail.
I request you to look in to the matter as soon as possible.

- Please quote the above mentioned reference code to your bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement for the mentioned period and assist us with the screenshot of the statement in case of any discrepancies.
