    RBL bank and Book my show is a scam. The customer service is third class. I applied for RBL credit card because it was being advertised on Book my show website and got approved. It is RB Fun plus credit card. I used the card for Rs 5000 and got my first Book MY show voucher of Rs 500. I tried to use the voucher at Book MY Show app and followed the instructions, however I didn't get discount Rs 500. I contacted RBL and they told me to contact Book my show and I contacted Book my show and they told me to contact RBL. Completely ruined my weekend while trying to get this resolved. No resolution from any one. Both Book my show and RBL are fraud they both issued this card fraudulently. Please don't apply for their cards. POOR SERVICE

        Hi, I am Ruchika Rane ([protected]) I had booked 7 tickets for the movie Natsamrat on 1st of January 2016. Movie timings was 3:30 at the Bahar Cinema in parla east using book my show website. Initially while I booked for the ticket it showed 'processing' as I had entered all my transaction details but after a few seconds there was another message which said error in transaction. Then again after some time I booked for the required number of seats and the the transaction was successful. While I was checking my bank transaction statement I found there were two transactions done towards book my show. So the initial transaction had failed. I recieved a messages as well as a mail from book my show that the refund will b made within 10 working days. Since then I have been waiting for the refund. And so today I finally write a mail. I request you to look in to the matter as soon as possible.           Hi Team, I have booked 2 tickets for Nenu Shailaja movie for the below show timings and location. Money got deducted by the merchant but i didnot get any confirmation page after that. There was a error message saying due to various technical reasons your transaction is failed, but if the money is dedcuted from yoru account we will intimate the merchant after 1 day. But my movie time starts with in 1 day of time from teh current time. So how can i get my money back from merchant ?? pls escalate this issue, it has been happening for me many times.

                No booking of tickets could be made from my account registered with this email id and number([protected]). i contacted the customer care executive on the given ph.no. but without any result. each time i book a ticket at the final payment it says "Something's not right here. Please try again after a while. We appreciate your patience. (#-2105)". as advised by the customer care executive i tried to change to another cinema hall which also resulted...

                Hi team I booked movie ticket on 4/01/2016 5:30PM two tickets for 10PM Show.by using book my show mobile app. due to uncertain reason I am going to cancel movie ticket. immediately with in 30 minutes i called to Bangalore customer care no[protected] and informed the same.but they replayed that No cancellation...I have requested them prepone show timeing same day 7;30PM but they did not agree. so I need refund my back into my used account.                 Hi Redappa, We do understand your view and would have loved to help you out, if a cancellation or change in your bookings was possible When a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold. Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed. Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.                   We booked new year party through bookmyshow. There was a category for early birds so we bought it. We bought it for 999 and at the vanue they told us to pay 4000 because it was kids ticket. They clearly mentioned there that it was for 21+. And then they changed it. Now they dont bother to even check as i didint have snapshot of the same.

                    I booked two movie tickets on 30st dec of star wars and went to watch, there for the first time in my life I paid extra money for 3D glasses to watch 30 rupees each total 60 rupees for two tickets, so I just want to confirm is it fair to pay for tickets here online and for 3D glasses there at Multiplex is this the perfect way for payment or should I consider it as fraud . my question is why bookmyshow didn't inform us about this extra payment of 3D glasses at Multiplex or even if you guys charge extra for 3D glasses then why not to add that amount in total bill why? people needs to know about this bookmyshow service policy.                         Hi Rahul, The internet handling fee is a service charge that we are entitled to charge for providing customers the convenience of booking tickets from their comfort zone without having to access physical points of sale. The internet handling fee is our bread & butter. It’s how we make our money, to ensure that you get the best of service. We always charged a fee which was levied for Online Bookings. A notification prohibited us to do so for a while. Since the courts have stayed it, we've resumed charging it & try keeping it reasonable.                           Bank Account was charged though Online Movie Ticket booking got failed On 5th of December 2015 at around 05:30 pm I tried to book movie tickets through www.bookmyshow.com website of Movie “TAMASHA” by paying through Bank of India’s Debit Card. Online Movie ticket booking got failed at that time even though INR 276.36 money from my bank account got charged. I tried again for the same and another time Movie ticket booking got failed though again the same amount got charged from my Bank Account. Both the times from bookmyshow.com I got mail on my registered email id that your ticket booking was not successful. After getting these mails, when I immediately made complaint on bookmyshow.com website’s live chat, they assured me of refund after some working days. When I did not get any refund for many days, I got Bank account’s statement printed and made an online complaint on 16/12/2015 from bookmyshow.com websites’s complaint section. I attached the Bank account statement copy in that file, too. For that complaint I was given registered ticket id for that complaint i.e. Ticket Id [#1267223]. That mail was just replied with the registered Ticket id on the same day and nothing was replied on that matter after that day i.e. 16/12/2015. So I had to remind them about the same complaint and I did it on 21/12/2015. I made an online chat by bookmyshow.com website’s online chat service and explained my whole complaint to them. The executive was arguing that they have not got any confirmation from their payment gateway. So he had asked for more 48 hours to work on this complaint. 8 Days have been passed after that and still no reply is there from their side. I have kept the chat history of the last chat I did.                                 Hi, The booking was intended for 3:30 pm show on Dec 27th and we had no idea that at 12:30 pm the website would by default book the 11 am show for the same day. This is for the beauty and the beast show for which we paid a whopping Rs 10000. They are refusing any cancellation or refund.

                                    I had booked my ticket today with tomorrow's date in place of today's date. I need to cancel this and book the same for today. I have been told that their is no cancellation possible. When train/air tickets can be canalled, why their is no provision for cancellation of Cinema ticket. This is humiliation, not acceptable at all.

                                      PLEASE do not buy Indusind bank credit cards, they promise 1 on 1 ticket free but while trying to book on bookmyshow.com it also shows that the quota is exhausted. I have tried many times but never once hot this offer. This is a fraud by both these companies. Really disappointed. Please do not apply for indusind credit cards or any of their services. Sarabjit sayal....
