I booked two movie tickets on 30st dec of star wars and went to watch, there for the first time in my life I paid extra money for 3D glasses to watch 30 rupees each total 60 rupees for two tickets, so I just want to confirm is it fair to pay for tickets here online and for 3D glasses there at Multiplex is this the perfect way for payment or should I consider it as fraud . my question is why bookmyshow didn't inform us about this extra payment...

Bank Account was charged though Online Movie Ticket booking got failed On 5th of December 2015 at around 05:30 pm I tried to book movie tickets through www.bookmyshow.com website of Movie “TAMASHA” by paying through Bank of India’s Debit Card. Online Movie ticket booking got failed at that time even though INR 276.36 money from my bank account got charged. I tried again for the same and another time Movie ticket booking got failed...

19 Dec 2K15 BookMyShow order- #MOBAND2zzz[protected]zzz[protected]zzz1 I paid through Paytm Rs.1215.30. From PayTm end it went successful, however from BMS end it got failed... hence money deducted although I didn't get refund. Please provide the Refund to the bank through which I paid. Hi, The booking was intended for 3:30 pm show on Dec 27th and we had no idea that at 12:30 pm the website would by default book the 11 am show for the same day. This is for the beauty and the beast show for which we paid a whopping Rs 10000. They are refusing any cancellation or refund....

Double booking of same show due to server down on 25th December. Nd no msg recived for another ticket booking but payment deducted...

I had booked my ticket today with tomorrow's date in place of today's date. I need to cancel this and book the same for today. I have been told that their is no cancellation possible. When train/air tickets can be canalled, why their is no provision for cancellation of Cinema ticket. This is humiliation, not acceptable at all....

PLEASE do not buy Indusind bank credit cards, they promise 1 on 1 ticket free but while trying to book on bookmyshow.com it also shows that the quota is exhausted. I have tried many times but never once hot this offer. This is a fraud by both these companies. Really disappointed. Please do not apply for indusind credit cards or any of their services. I paid by net banking, I typed my otp after that it said that transaction was failed and my money was deducted.I tried to book ticket for soukyam movie on 24th for 4:15pm.I tried to pay by net banking and my money was deducted and I didn't get the tickets.My account is with sbh nakkalagutta.J tried to pay by net banking through this.I want my money back as soon as possible.ref no:[protected]IGOBEOUZB8....

When i was book ticket n transection failed than this seat was not book other but it was how many time saw than seat was booked...

I had received an voucher of Book My Show on purchasing a HP Laptop. The voucher would allow me to book 2 tickets free per month . On trying to book the tickets and on applying the offer code, I would get an error message which would say, " Sorry, these vouchers are valid ONLY for ticket bookings 2 days in advance(#-2101) " I contacted the Book My Show Executive - Madhuri Badule who told me that it was as per T & C's of HP . Hii I was booking 2 tickets for BajiRao Mastani at 20th of Dec using my SBI Debit Card through paytm wallet at Starworld Cinemas Allahabad (U.P) .During transaction process it displayed transaction faliure and no ticket was booked. But there also another message from State Bank of India Atm that amount 273.36 is debited to BIGTREE ENTERTAINMENT... So please its my humble request to look into my matter and do the refund ...and my transaction...

I had booked 5 movie tickets at Rs. 300 each - Booking ID WK7K7R4 for Bajirao Mastani at PVR Cinema, Mulund, Mumbai for 8.00 p.m. show today i.e. 20/12/15. However, I got seats for Rs.220 each. So why was I charged Rs. 300 plus service chgs of Rs. 35/- i.e. Rs. 335 each ticket?...

The company should find a way to refund the tickets unused. If not full amount is repayable atleast 50% should be refunded back.. this might be the nth time this is happening. Kindly find some way so that the amount is refunded safely.....

As i am a human I had a mistake and booked 3 tickets in wrong date on which i am not able attend the show . But as there is no cancellation or rescheduling option I lost my money . And really I am unhappy with this service . And again will think to book ticket ....

Recently book my show has linked popcorn charges to the movie ticket, where a movie goer cannot book the movie ticket alone. How they can forcibly charge the popcorn ticket for us, I mean is it mandatory to spend few more bucks on popcorn. Spending money on snacks should be totally depends on the customers wish, where they cannot forcibly link it with the movie ticket....
