BookMyShow — Booking unable to be completed due to payment issue

My name is jeevan. Iam living in kollam, kerala. For the past couple of days i've been trying to book movies through book my show app, which i've been unable to do so due to a payment issue. Kindly explain what is the issue in payment. Due to this payment issue i've been unable to book atleast 20 movies. Kindly help me. If this problem goes on i will be unable to book any movie and i will find this app useless.
