[Resolved] BookMyShow — Cancellation of tickets and refund the amount | |||||
Dear Book My show Team I have booked the 5 tickets costing INR 1143 on Book my show due to emergency situations i was not able to attend the show /movie on the said time /date so if the customer is not able to attend the movie due to valid reason, there should be some 50-60 % amount need to be refunded. For all the rules there will be an exceptions. An the same seat can be allotted to other customer who is at counter.There should be a time limit to cancel the ticket prior 2 Hrs of movie starts the ticket can be cancelled after the time limit the amount cannot be cancelled Kindly make this rules for the benefit of both Keep customer Happy..
