[Resolved] BookMyShow — Cancellation of tickets and refund the amount

Dear Book My show Team
I have booked the 5 tickets costing INR 1143 on Book my show due to emergency situations i was not able to attend the show /movie on the said time /date
so if the customer is not able to attend the movie due to valid reason,
there should be some 50-60 % amount need to be refunded.
For all the rules there will be an exceptions. An the same seat can be allotted to other customer who is at counter.There should be a time limit to cancel the ticket prior 2 Hrs of movie starts the ticket can be cancelled after the time limit the amount cannot be cancelled

Kindly make this rules for the benefit of both
Keep customer Happy..

Sir i booked a movie tickets using my sbi net banking on[protected], Transfer to INB Avenues india Pvt Ltd RefNO:[protected]GAABITFY9 TRANSFER TO 4, Debited 497.84, but ticket confirmatin is not send to me.
