[Resolved] BookMyShow — cancelled shows policy change | |||
I have booked ticket wm4r2zh on 15 dec 2019, informed by bookmyshow 1 hr 40 mins before that show is cancelled, when asked for alternatives they cant provide. They can just refund and get away. I believe there should be a policy to inform 24 hrs atleast in advance and written in their policy. If 2 hrs than they should double the amount. Giving just refund is not appropriate but an option of providing another alternative ticket also should be there. Book my show team is also arrogant, their phone recordings need to be stored for 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
