Yup happens every time for every movie. If you try at 12:00 Am it says "oops something went wrong" then by 12:10 it says all the tickets are finished.

Even I am having the same problem...this is a fraud by indusind bank and bookmyshow...they are making tall claims but no delivery on promises...please do not buy indusind bank credit cards...Really disappointed
I have also gotten this card and not able to get the movie offer. It should show how many tickets are available while putting card no on bookmyshow

May be u got some other card which has no such quotas. I feel that you are not staff of any of the two companies.
Even today such incidents are repeated. I was also unable to book even a single free ticket till now. Thanks to RBL for no such quota or first come first serve basis.

Even i am an indus Ind bank credit card customer and they charged 900 rupees as joining fee for above mentioned offers. But they are not providing this buy one and get one offer. This is a pure cheating and everytime i try this this gives an error and not providing the promised offer.

In this case customers are mistaken. They know about the features but they don't know how to use that particular feature that is the main concern. I have enjoyed this buy 1 get 1 movie tickets benefit provided by indusind bank many of times and gain knowledge about the product and learn how to use that. As per my experience with indusind bank the products offered by indusind bank are more competitive in the market than any other bank.

I also tried 300+ time in previous 7 years...but never got any free tickets inspite they are selling card on this benefit.
Facing Same issue "Sorry, the number of tickets available for the offer on a daily basis has been exhausted. (-4011) ". This seems to be a wrong practice followed by theater owners to get more profit. This practice dilutes the whole idea of consumer friendliness and features that a particular product (in my case an IndusInd Platinum card) promises to a consumer when you subscribe to that product.
This should be thoroughly probed and I am sure malpractices like these would then be controlled.

Does the movie offer is not working for indus??? Please confirm if it is not working there is no use of this card and going to cancel
