BookMyShow — Complaint for book movies tickets on bookmyshow

Sir/madam,

I tried to book 2 tickets on bookmyshow on 26-April-2017. I have made the payment through freecharge. The amount has been deducted but bookmyshow shows me that the payment was not successful. I have received the following email from freecharge.

You have successfully made a transaction of Rs. 389.92 from your freecharge account at book my show on 26-April-2017.
