[Resolved] BookMyShow — failed transaction for 8 tickets payment made through google pay | |
I made a purchase of 8 tickets through bookmyshow app for the movie lion king on friday on july 26 through google pay. When i contacted for tickets cancellation i was told it was an unsuccessful transaction. I have made several calls. But no proper response. Either am i told we haven't received the money so can't refund or wed look into it. I have contacted every possible option. Icici as well as google pay say the amount has been paid to the concerned account. Now i am confused as to whom i should approach. I would be really helpful if clarification can be provided as to whom i should approach. Should i approach icici my bank or google pay or bookmyshow. Was this information helpful? | |
