I was trying to book 3 tickets for joker on 13th october for the next day and i selected the google pay option to pay for the tickets. It showed me a timer during which the window got closed but i received a message from bookmyshow to pay the amount from google pay. Thereby i made the payment and it was successful but i saw no tickets were booked.
My upi transaction id is[protected]
There has been no refund of the money since i have not got any tickets booked but paid for the same.
Am booking the movie tickets in 18 oct time 10:15 ani choosing the ticket pay the all amount of bill but ticket not book no sms/email for booking

    We had booked two tickets for the movie “Joker” at Cinepolis: Acropolis Mall for 7th October, 2019; Monday.

    We arrived at the hall, got our codes scanned and got to our seats, and to our surprise some other people had the same seats as us.

    Upon escalation of the issue to the personnel at the ticket counter, we found out that the date on our ticket was wrong and of 8th October, 2019; Tuesday.

    To confirm the fact that it wasn’t fault on our part, we were notified by the app that it was time for us to switch to “Movie Mode” as it was our movie time. (Screenshot attached)

    The following facts prove that the booking done by us was right and not our fault:
    1. The QR code was accepted by the counter on 7th October, 2019 and it wouldn’t have been if it was our mistake with the date
    2. The app notification that it was movie time as per our reservation on Monday (which is the day we booked the tickets for, but not given)

    To compensate for our wasted time and efforts, we request our tickets to be compensated for by a refund.

    We have tried to reach their customer support but they didn’t even read the mails properly to understand the situation.

      Its been one month that i have raised a issue regarding bank of baroda debit mastercard offer but till now my complaint is not being resolved and the offer i have to use it within 1 month of the first booking im trying to avail this offer from last 3 weeks daily but cant use it. Calling bookmyshow nowadays is a very hard process it takes 20 min to connect my call and afterwards the customer can't resolve my issue and disconnect my call in between and gave me another incident id 9730985
      I booked three tickets for tomorrow's show for WAR at inox jangpura extn delhi at 12:30, after the booking, we realized the seats were changed to the last row even though the whole hall is empty. I kindly request you to change my seats as it was a fault from the booking app side.
      I am trying to contact customer care but not succeed because long waiting even i mail to book my show help desk but helpless..i failed to get my exact booking seat because book my show careless services and behavior.
      please refund my money soon as possible. an as penalty give me free movie ticket that i fail to book
      I haven't received booking confirmation for the movie BIGIL.My money was debited from my accout twice.because i have booked tickets the second time unknowingly.

        I was trying to book movie ticket from bookmyshow and paying from googlepay.
        Below is the transaction id from googlepay.

        Order id :[protected]

        Amount is deducted and transaction is success from googlepy. But bookmyshow shown me payment failed and ticket was not booked.
        Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get back my money in my account.
        I booked 4 tickets for Asuran mobie in bookmyshow goole i didnt get any get ticket booked confirmation but amount deducted through upi google pay mobile no.[protected]. Please refund my money 545INR or send me the ticket confirmation in 10 mins

          I am booking for adhayaretri malayalam movie at around oct 5 8.20pm for 11 am show at on 6 oct 2019. I paid through the google pay by using this number [protected] and email loged in [protected]@gmail.com. Google pay upi transaction id is[protected] and google pay transaction id is cicagkd425becathe amount of 873 s paid but after i paid this amount i cannot get tickets through any means like email and showed transaction timed out. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

          I had made my first credit card transaction from bookmyshow app and couple of hours after that two fraud transaction happened on my card.
          Bookmyshow is not keeping card details safely and their employees are misusing your card details to make a international transaction which does not require a OTP.

            I am booking for joker movie at around 8 pm for 10:56 show at silvercity on 3 oct 2019. I paid through the google pay by using this number [protected] and email loged in [protected]@gmail.com. Google pay upi transaction id is[protected] and google pay transaction id is cicagkdgk468gq. The amount of 1731.56 is paid but after i paid this amount i cannot get tickets through any means like email and showed transaction timed out. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

              This is to infom that i made a transaction on 14th april 2019 to book red fort tickets but your website showed an error but among from my bank account was deducted. I also received the message saying i’ll get the refund in 5 days but that did not happen. I called up several times and am asked to give transaction details of my account from 14th april. While contacting costumer case i’ve been told that the refund was already initiated but i haven’t recieved it in my account so please look into it asap because it’s already been more than 6 months.

                On oct 1 i have tried booking a ticket from bookmyshow site, i have used phonepe as my payment type. Bookmyshow site started a timer for 5 min and asked me to confirm the payment from phonepe, i have accepted the payment request in phonepe which deducted around 130 rs and i changed my window from phonepe to bookmyshow site, even after the money payment still the timer is running, and at the end of timer expiry displayed ticket booking failed.

                    I tried to book a movie through icici coral card 10 and 11 am. It is giving error messages no data for transaction (#-4011). I tried to call customer care it is coming busy for 30 minutes. It's totally waste of time. I[censored] can not give an offer then, please don't do marketing with banks by saying we are giving (Buy one get one free).

                    First of all, we follow all ur terms and condition and after that, you are failing to give service then it's more than worse because you are wasting people's time and making then pissed off.

                      I was charged for cancellation booking and got official mail and when i done another booking i got mail that my previous booking is complete and i was charge twice. I was trying to contact customer care and after long queue wait end of about 35 min and again i call with same time, from bookmyshow they cut call. I was charged 2358 amount twice. I’m unable to cancel ticket it’s completely bookmyshow fault that show wrong information that booking is not done and when customers do another booking and payment done then they send mail that you have 2 booking. I want my one booking amount on my account back.

                        I made a purchase of 8 tickets for lion king through google pay on 26 july 2019. Money got debited from my account when contacted the bookmyshow show they said it's a failed transaction and haven't received the payment. I checked with my bank. They said the amount has been deposited to big tree bookmyshow account. It's been more than 2months no proper response from bookmyshow.                           On september 10th tuesday at 4:30pm i made a payment of rs 678.93 for saaho movie for sep 10th in carnival, ameerpet, hyderabad in bookmyshow due to some technical problem after the payment is done page has been reloaded. The payment is done with an booking id:[w7umcnv].. Money is debitted from my account but i have not received the tickets. Again i tried 2nd time tickets was booked and 2nd tie money also debited of 678.93rs. I called to your cstmrcare they said it will refund within 7 working days today 11t day till now i didn't get back my money. Is this your way of resposibility on customers? Its not 100rs, 200rs.. Its 678rs yaar. You care nothing on customers problems. So please react to this mail immediately and see that my money is back to me as early as possible.

                              I purchased tickets online for the movie ittimani today in ashirvad, perumbavoor. I got the confirmation sms as well as email.in all theatre, this confirmation sms or email was enough to enter into the theater.in ashirvad, i need to wait in the queue for collecting the tickets for entering into theatre by showing my confirmation sms. This seems to be very difficult for my family. We were using these facilities after paying additional internet handling fee to avoid the long queue in theatre. Not only me, but many others are also have done the booking online and need to face the same situation. I think you need to consider it seriously or you simply cancel your online booking facilities in bookmyshow. The theatre is good, facilities were satisfactory. The behavior of staff members are not at all good.

                                I have booked a ticket for which show begins at 10:50. I am a bookmyshow superstar and i am provided with an option to cancel ticket 20 minutes prior.

                                I tried from 10:20 to cancel as it was raining and my zoomcar booking was canceled. I was unable to cancel and i contacted bookmyshow at 10:32, after a while they asked me for a screenshot and i gave them at 10:40.

                                Now they are using the same against me saying it is tried at 10:40 and i have to try before that.

                                They made me book another show to have a error sent to them and now they blaming me for new booking also

Money is debitted from my account but i have not received the tickets so please react to this mail immediately and see that my money is back to me as early as possible.
