BookMyShow — failed transaction - through google pay | |||
I made a purchase of 8 tickets for lion king through google pay on 26 july 2019. Money got debited from my account when contacted the bookmyshow show they said it's a failed transaction and haven't received the payment. I checked with my bank. They said the amount has been deposited to big tree bookmyshow account. It's been more than 2months no proper response from bookmyshow. All i get as response is money has not been received by bookmyshow. Can u please clarify as to whom i should hold accountable for? Was this information helpful? | |||

Ideally, the amount charged for an unsuccessful transaction get refunded back to you within 4-5 working days.
