[Resolved] BookMyShow — Gift voucher exhausted (Exp dt: 29.02.2016)

Started booking movie tickets for Deadpool today and while making payment I attached Goft voucher and it was successfully added. So while paying remaining amount for completion of transaction it got timed out. Then again after a five minutes I tried booking ticket, while applying GV it said "Voucher code already Exhausted" as I had not availed in previous one. Kindly enable the same at the earliest.

Updated by dpknyk1993 Call came from Number +[protected] and excecutive asked for card details so that they can credit my amount. Didn't got the amount till now as they say there is gateway problem in txn and I used to transact online frequently in the same. Disappointed by service.

In the event of redeeming the voucher and the transaction being incomplete or unsuccessful, the voucher gets blocked in the system for 40 mins which is then automatically released and in such a case you can try logging in again after the mentioned period to avail the voucher.
