Below are the details that i would like to share with you regarding fraud by Book My Show. I Contact them to explain details via number of Ways but they are not giving any satisfactory answer and not helping Customer.

I tried to Book my Ticket on 20-Jan-2016 via BMS Mobile App. I tried 4 Times to Book my Ticket on BMS Mobile App. App Was giving Error Every Time.

Finally at 11.35 PM at night I was able to book...

We Have booked movies ticket dt. 25.01.2016 instead of 26.01.2016. & This is impossible to us to see movie on 25.01.2015.

Sir maine 4 ticket bookmyshow s3 airlift ki li jo samrat theatre sakarpur ka tha. Jab mai diye hue address pe pahuche to vahan pe isnam ka koi theatre hi nai tha . Ab mere paisa kaise refund hoga. This vendor has monopoly and developed in such a way that it doesn't give arise to competitors around. This has to be reviewed and Strict action to be taken against such players....

No got any replies to my email since 1 month.Not recieved any voucher which was promised. They do not call even after commiting they will call in 48 hrs.I have to remind the every week and i feel like i am begging for the voucher which they have promised personally for their mistake in the past. We booked new year party through bookmyshow. There was a category for early birds so we bought it. We bought it for 999 and at the vanue they told us to pay 4000 because it was kids ticket. They clearly mentioned there that it was for 21+. And then they changed it. Now they dont bother to even check as i didint have snapshot of the same....
