Today at around 9.45 am, Driver of Pick up VAN No. MH02CE9817 from Andheri (West) railway station misbehave while requesting to move the VAN little ahead to park our CAR for longer time then of VAN. if we parked ahead of the VAN he might stuck up and unable to move unless we move our car. please look into the matter.

    Hello,
    i am ankita jain i have booked my movies tickets online through bookmyshow website on 12th feb 2016. I have paid the advance booking amount through debit cum atm card. They received the money immediately and a message displayed on my phone that movie tickets are not booked due to some error occured. The company assured me that within 10 working days timeline i will receive the refund. But i havn't receive the refund amount yet. I had also mailed them on their help desk but they are not responding now as if nothing has happened. They had told me to activate my wallet so that i can receive the refund amount in my wallet but i havn't got it back yet. Kindly do something.

We did have this checked in our database and found one unsuccessful transaction on[protected] for which your tickets were not confirmed. The refund for the mentioned transaction has been processed from our end on[protected] itself to your respective account from where the amount was debited. The amount ideally gets reflected in your account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of a nationalized bank. You may quote the RRN number[protected] to your bank for any further details as this amount has already been refunded and your bank now stands in a better position to help you with this.       When i went to picadli Chandigarh Mr Ashish senior said over there that its not confirmed yet.My Amount got deducted i got message + i got booking confirmation email . I request you to look into this matter and solve it out. Senior authority said that you can wait for a refund. I donot know that much

        Very bad and pathetic experiences with BookMyShow, employee are not trained. They are not able to give solution. Spoiled our evening while watching movie Neerja. We booked movie from BookMyShow and they overcharged for Family Combo (Even It was not chosen - Default came in my cart). During inquiry customer care committed Yes we had charged extra for "Family Combo" due to fault in out booking system, Don't worry definitely we will provide at BIG Cinemas: Ansal, Vaishali Ghaziabad but at counter they refused to give and come with very rude behavior. They killed my 20 mins during movie.

          Hello,
          This is shantanu sharma, I booked two movie tickets using bookmyshow app on 12th February, 2016 at 2 am.
          Film was Deadpool. In billing process I had completed all the steps and made transaction of rs. 365.8 in which 320 for tickets and 55 for online booking. After a while I received a message from my bank that "transaction of rs. 365.8 has been completed". But i didn't get any confirmation from the bookmyshow. On that note I sent them a mail regarding this problem, they told me that action will be taken within 24-48 hours. But now it has been more than 60 hours and they haven't refunded my money.
          Please help me and get me my money back in my account.

            Hi,
            I did not get my refund as intimated by the nsp movir hall who were supposed to show airlift at that time but they said the movie hall told book my show that it cannot show that movie coz f some technical difficulties..also did not even gave information that the movie got cancelled. I prebooked tickets and now I did not even get a refund of the amount. Apart from the information you should have given..you guyscan atleast refund your customers for better service.

              I have tried booking ticket for sanam re on 13/02/2016 around 2 o clock. My bank account has been debited twise by RS.545 totaling to around Rs. 1100 and in none of the attempt my ticket got booked. after 24 hours also i have not received refund in my account. i have visited my sbi branch and they are saying that money have been deducted from account and due to problem of book my show site you may not have got refund. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                Gift voucher exhausted (Exp dt: 29.02.2016)

                Started booking movie tickets for Deadpool today and while making payment I attached Goft voucher and it was successfully added. So while paying remaining amount for completion of transaction it got timed out. Then again after a five minutes I tried booking ticket, while applying GV it said "Voucher code already Exhausted" as I had not availed in previous one. Kindly enable the same at the earliest.

                  Hi, I tried to book two tickets today morning(around 11.30am) for Airlift movie for 4.20pm show at Inox theater Mysore. I used ICICI Netbanking method to book tickets. During the course of transaction the process hung up and tickets were not booked, but money got deducted. Didn't receive confirmation or transaction failure alert from bookmyshow.                     I added Rs.2800 to my bms wallet on 22 jan 2016 but due to some technical glitch amount deducted from my bank but not credited to bookmyshow cash wallet, so i thought i will get refund of rs.2800 to my bank but today 9 feb after 20 days i got rs.2800 to my bookmyshow wallet credits which is non transferable to bank and has an expiry, plz refund my rs.2800 to my bank account or to bookmyshow cash wallet so that i can transfer it to bank as i dont want to book tickets after 20 days of paying...

                              Below are the details that i would like to share with you regarding fraud by Book My Show. I Contact them to explain details via number of Ways but they are not giving any satisfactory answer and not helping Customer.

                              I tried to Book my Ticket on 20-Jan-2016 via BMS Mobile App. I tried 4 Times to Book my Ticket on BMS Mobile App. App Was giving Error Every Time.

                              Finally at 11.35 PM at night I was able to book my Ticket. Amount has been deducted from my Credit Card. But Due to Error in BMS App My Ticket was not booked.

                              I used a Coupon that gave me Discount of 200Rs that was given by AXIS Bank. Now as Ticket was not BMS. They Block my Voucher. It was Last Day of the Voucher Expiration. Now I am not able to Use that Voucher as it was Blocked by BMS at last Time.

                              Now I Tried to Call them Number of Times. I also Talked with the Senior Person to Give me another Voucher instead of the Prev One that now i am not able to book my Ticket using Prev Voucher or to Help me to Extend the Expiration Date of the Voucher so i can use that Voucher as it was blocked by BMS for around 40 Minutes.

                              But They are giving just same Explanation that They can not Extend the Warranty or they can not do any kind of help.

                              Due to this I was not able to Use Voucher which i had though there was no issue from My Side as Amount has been Deducted from My CC. But due to Some Error from BMS ticket was not booked.

                              Now they are not doing any type of help and giving same excuse that they can not help me out.

                              Based on conversation i had with them they are very rude while talking with customer and they don't have any intention to help customer.

                              I would like to Share Complaint Number which i have opened with them.

                              Ticket Id [#1428066], [#1428071], [#1427472 ].

                              Please read this comment, Please help me out so that in future other customer don't face such issue.

                              Screen 2 Shows Time Took by BMS Chat Service to Reply to Customer. They are providing Very Poor Service and they event do not reply to your question or comment for long time.

                                Hi Deepak,

                                We do understand your view and would have loved to help you out, if a cancellation or change in your bookings was possible

                                Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

                                Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

                                Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

                                Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

                                We have also transparently mentioned this on our app and website

                                Assuring you of our best services at all times.

                                  I booked a seat from book my show today. Payment was deducted from my account but I a have not received booking confirmation then I again try to book another seat but again payment was deducted form my account and again I have not received any booking confirmation. But later I got a call from book my show team that my first transaction was successfully done but due to some technical problems I have not received the confirmation of booking, if I agree then they can book my seat and send me confirmation. I agreed with them and asked them to send confirmation. I also told them about second time deduction of payment from my account but she replied it Will automatically credited in your account. But till now I have not received any massage from my bank.

                                  I got a call from book my show team few minute back from [protected] and it's quite surprising that he is asking to share my debit card details to refund the amount. Is it right to share my bank details with a unknown person what are you doing guys.
                                  Weird that they are asking for the Bank Details. :(
                                  I am still waiting for refund of my money ...??????
