[Resolved] BookMyShow — monetary transaction made without ticket confirmation. | |
On 13th of december, i had booked 3 tickets of sagardwipey jawker dhan at nandan cinema hall in kolkata for a 3:30pm show on 14th of december. The monetary transaction of rs. 248.40 was successful from my sbi account but no ticket confirmation was sent to me. Thereafter when i visited the site to check the status of my booking, it shows the same three seats that i had selected to be available for further booking. This is ridiculous on their part to act this way and harass their customers by not giving them any service on the money i had paid them. I strictly want my refund (Rs.248.40) back, for ruining the trust i had. They should not enjoy payments without providing any service to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |

Ideally, the amount charged with the unsuccessful transaction will be refunded in 4-5 working days for privatized bank and 10 working days for the nationalized bank. In case of the amount paid using a UPI app, it should reflect within the next 3-4 working days. The amount paid through the wallet will be refunded within the next 24 hours.
