[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money debited from icici bank account but ticket not booked | |||
I have just booked 3 tickets from book my show for tomorrow i. E. 09-july'2016 show at 05:25 pm at piccadilly cinema at chandigarh and through net banking, money of rs. 473 deducted but ticket was not booked. I have not received any mail on may e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com and on mobile no. [protected],. Kindly look into the matter and refund back my money. Rgds Yogesh bharti M. Please add support for Kannada language if you are operating in Bangaluru. Bengaluru local language is Kannada. Hope you can understand this.

Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank 10 working days.
