[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money deducted | |||
I booked for a movie with 8 tickets on 15/04/2016 at pvr..first time it made an error..so i thought it might be network problem..then i tried another time which is successfull..i have received with tickets..then i checked my account which shows me two with the same amount..i dont know what to do, then i mailed a refund to the concern company..they said me to send me the mail address of booking from the app..with mobile number i have mailed them.. Then there is no mail which makes me so angry.. Not even a single reply from them about this.. No refund initiates..there customer care is poor...no proper response with the customers..now i need my money back.. Please refund my money with proper conversation. At times there are certain network congestion which may result in such occurrence
Be rest assured the amount charged for the unsuccessful transaction would be refunded back to your account within 5 to 7 working days and incase of a nationalised bank 10 working days.
The amount charged for this transaction would reflect in your account certainly and you may go ahead and book tickets for your desired show.
